Extreme Precision Industrial Contractors needs experienced Millwright Welders to join our team. We’re looking for hardworking professionals who enjoy meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The ideal candidates will have a background in industrial fabrication, structural steel, construction, industrial maintenance, and welding. Employee will be willing to work on-site as well as in-shop to complete jobs for customers on time and on budget. Some projects might include traveling short-term. Candidate must have valid clean driver’s license, must be able to pass a drug test and be self-motivated to work. We’re looking for a long-term candidate who is looking for a secure and rewarding form of employment. Work includes but not limited to industrial plant work, industrial welding and maintenance, pipe welding, field welding of various types, in shop welding and fabricating of but not limited to stair, hand railing, structure frames, etc. Some work performed at various height from various equipment. Forklift and aerial lift certified are a plus.

Responsibilities
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams to
perform task at hand
• Perform SMAW, GMAW, GTAW and other types of weld based on project needs
• Field welds, including fillet, CJP, and PJP
• Conserve resources whenever possible to ensure budgetary integrity and client satisfaction
• Must be able to work in fast-paced work environment
• Ability to develop, layout, and plan sequence of operations.
• Knowledge of weld defects and discontinuities.

Requirements
• High school diploma/GED or Trade school preferred
• 5+ years’ experience operating as a welder
• 5+ years’ experience as a Millwright
• Intermediate rigging knowledge
• Use precision measuring tools, micrometer, precision levels, calipers, etc.
• Mechanical equipment layout
• Knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, fans, pulverizers, etc.
• Must be mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn and accept instructions
• Experience in construction, industrial maintenance, welding, and pipefitting
• Must have knowledge and be able to use shop equipment and power tools
• Current and valid certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of site best practices and safety procedures
• Has working knowledge of blueprints
• Experience with Conveyor systems, bearings, and general equipment desired

• Travel when jobs require it
• Possess basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Pipe fitting and layout skills
• Valid driver’s license and able to pass a background/drug test
• Must exhibit and ability to work in a physical demanding environment which may include
heights and lifting of heavy objects.
• Must be able to pass a welding test. Welders must have experience in all types of welding
(mig, tig, stick).

Job Overview
Extreme Precision is searching for a talented and qualified Millwright Supervisor who
has proven leadership experience with industrial and construction equipment repairs.
You will be responsible for overseeing the dismantling of machinery, transferring
equipment, interpreting blueprints, and installing equipment. The ideal candidate has in-
depth knowledge of hydraulics, belt systems, motors, fans, pulverizers, and other
industrial machine mechanisms essential for job procedures. Must be a team player
with strong attention to detail. In this position, you should also be able to make
decisions, troubleshoot, and perform repairs with little to no supervision.

Responsibilities
· Ensure schedules and deadlines are met on time and efficiently.
· Review all paperwork and responsibilities of the job to ensure accuracy.
· Perform inspection of jobs, and ensure work is complete and clean-up is
done.
· Assist work crews if needed.
· Represent company professionally with subcontractors, customers, vendors,
utilities, etc.
· Move and maintain equipment.
· Responsible for safety on job site, including all company employees and
other employers near job site.
· Ensure all necessary safety equipment is in proper working condition and
available on each job site.
· Conduct safety inspection.
· Investigate all accidents and report in a timely and accurate fashion.
· Conduct weekly safety meeting with all employees.
Qualifications

· High School Diploma, GED or Trade School required.
· Must have ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and communicate
effectively and professionally.
· Ability to prioritize and change daily workload and work with minimum
supervision in order to meet deadlines.
· Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or project management experience
preferred.
· Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required

· Ability to pass a background check required
· Applicant needs to have a basic knowledge of ASME code and AWS
code to supervise welding and fabrication projects.

Required Skills

· Must have past leadership experience.
· Must know how to read blueprints, schematic drawings, and engineering
specifications and understand how to read and interpret technical manuals
in order to determine work procedures.
· Must have experience using industrial hand tools and power tools.
· Must have all Journeyman Precision Millwright hand tools as per required.
· Minimum 8-10 years industrial construction/maintenance experience
· Must have reliable transportation and be able to work 7 days as needed.
· Works with industry-specific and high complex precision machines
including but not limited to: ball mills, ID fans, lube oil skids, fans, turbines,
conveyors, generators, hydraulic systems, pumps, gears, bearings,
compressors etc.
· Will plan, inspect, verify, and document scope of work
· Uses precision leveling and alignment tools in order to measure angles,
material thickness and small distances with calipers, squares,
micrometers, optical instruments and other tools.
· Will fit bearings, align gears and wheels, attach motors, and connect belts
according to manufacturer’s blueprints and drawings

Physical Demands
· Ability to bend, climb or balance, kneel, stoop, walk, or push and pull objects.
· Ability to lift up to 75lbs to perform job functions.
· Ability to work in a variety of environments, conditions, and temperatures including
both in the office and in the field.

The Business Development/Sales Manager achieves maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Personally, contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Promotes, sells, and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

• Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.

• Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.

• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

Essential Qualifications

The Operations Manager oversees management in all areas of manufacturing to ensure products are manufactured on schedule, within budget and to equired quality standards. This position also works
with other departments of the company to place particular emphasis on the well being of the entire company in terms of customer satisfaction, quality, profitability productivity and growth.

Primary Function:
• BA/BS in industrial or mechanical, or a 4-year technical degree in related discipline. Business
degree plus substantial manufacturing work experience will also be considered.
• 10+ years of experience with capital equipment and/or metal fabrication in a manufacturing
environment.
• 5+ years progressive leadership experience in management role that included opportunities to
plan, organize, control and lead manufacturing operations and resource planning.
• Must have excellent leadership, management, planning and motivational skills.
• Experience implementing quality systems and lean manufacturing practices is highly desired.
• Operations Manager or Project Management experience is a plus.
• A background with industrial maintenance and fabrication is desired.
• Knowledge in materials management, quality control, manufacturing engineering and plant
engineering also desired.
• Experience with ASME codes is strongly preferred.
• Must have time management skills and have the ability to drive deadlines.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project.)
• Continuous improvement experience and problem-solving mindset required.
• Must be a self-starter with a high degree of organizational skills.
• Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining departmental and individual goals
and performance measures.
• Must have excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with multiple
departments.


Principal Responsibilities:
• Assists Senior Management in the development and formulation of long and short-range
planning, policies, programs and objectives for manufacturing.
• Oversees manufacturing and ensures the shop is maintaining high standards manufacturing
operations and that products conform to established customer and company quality standards.
• Achieves optimum employee levels with least amount of overhead and raw material costs to
meet annual budgetary plan.
• Identifies, recommends and implements changes to improve productivity and reduce reworking
costs.
• Formulates and recommends manufacturing policies and programs that guide the organization
in maintaining and improving its competitive position and that profitability of the operation
including working with the management team and ensuring the procedures are being followed.

• Directs and monitors shop managers to accomplish goal of the manufacturing plan, consistent
with established manufacturing and safety procedures, holds regular manufacturing/operation
meeting to ensure goals are being met.
• Acts as a shop liaison between shop management/shop leads, as well as Senior Management to
inform personnel of communication, decisions, policies and all matters that affect their
performance, attitudes and results.
• Helps to hire, train, develop and evaluate staff as well as take corrective action as necessary on a
timely basis and in accordance with company policy in collaboration with HR.
• Works with employees on preventative maintenance of plant equipment and/or any major plant
repairs or improvements.
• Works wit HR and shop management to coordinate various programs essential to manufacturing
procedures (e.g., training, safety, housekeeping, cost reduction, worker involvement, security,
etc.)
• Performs miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required.
